Client reported:

• All three diesel generators and emergency generator in-operational

• Vessel on battery power, emergency lights and communication working

• No domestic water for toilet or bathing facilities

• No Galley power so no cooked food

• No air-conditioning or fans

• Reefer chambers off-line. Stored raw foodstuff spoiling.

Rental shore generators could be placed on board only after ship's power was restored and mid-ship cranes made operational.

Zara Maritime experts boarded to troubleshoot the cause, identify and rectify the problems.

Additional manpower resources boarded to assist ship's staff to carry out physical repairs required to rectify the identified problems.

Additional technical problems identified by Zara Maritime's specialists and those reported by the ship's staff and ship's managers, resolved to client's satisfaction.
