Rescue Boat Hydraulic Crane reported as inoperational with CoC.

Zara Maritime personnel investigated.

Control Panel Electrical Circuit and Motor winding found burnt.

Motor rewound ashore. Checked and identified the burnt transformers, relays, contactors and wires in the 440V, 220V and 24V circuits to avoid cost of rebuilding entire panel. 

Renewed only the damaged parts. 

Repaired faulty safety limit switches.

Presented and demonstrated to ships Classification Society Surveyor and CoC deleted.
