On client's behalf (owner / buyer / charterer) Zara Maritime's personnel visually inspect every available area of the vessel, sight and analyse the presented documents and verify the presented equipment / machinery while observing the surrounding area for any abnormalities.
A Professional Report of the presented, observed areas with a list of recommendations is submitted to the client.
This allow the client to be aware of the of the costs and the risks, compare the hire/purchase and up-gradation costs and the time required for bringing the intended asset to operational industry standards and prevent commercial losses.
Armed with this knowledge the client / investor is able to take knowledgeable, prudent and practical decisions regarding the potential hire or purchase.
Similar inspection for Owner / Seller client allows them to assess a practical value of the asset.
